Periodically organisations go through massive change and often these are linked to major capital projects. This may be building new or significantly extending a facility, or in some cases relocating altogether. In these large projects where so much of the focus (and budget) is linked to construction, how does the organisation best capitalise on the opportunity for change in digital practice, and how do you best advocate and keep technological and digital outcomes at the fore?

This session will gather experts who have been involved in various stages of significant capital projects and will look particularly at how the digital and technology aspects relate to the whole, including practical techniques and strategies for you to apply to your own practice. Less about the technology – and more about ensuring a joined up approach across disciplines, the session will be part professional forum and part masterclass.
